Sean E. Johnson is the founder of Johnson Law Firm, P.C., established in the spring of 2014 after relocating to Spokane from Butte, Montana. Formerly a partner at the firm of Corette Pohlman & Kebe, PC, Sean specializes in Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury. 

With a strong background in litigation, Sean has successfully handled judge and jury trials, participated in alternative dispute resolution, and has experience in administrative hearings, contract interpretation, and appellate work. Throughout his career, he has also contributed to several non-profit boards, taking on various leadership roles to support his community.

A native of Butte, Montana, Sean graduated from the University of Montana in 1998 with a degree in Exercise Science and earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of both Montana and Washington, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Sean holds an “AV Preeminent” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a prestigious distinction recognizing his commitment to legal excellence and ethics.

Outside of his legal practice, Sean enjoys spending quality time with his two children, three bonus children, and his amazing fiancée. They truly are the Brady Bunch! Whether skiing in the winter, boating on the lake in the summer, or vacationing with family, Sean cherishes the moments spent with his loved ones. He is also passionate about outdoor activities, including fishing and hunting, and remains actively involved in volunteering for the Shrine Hospital System.
