Sean E. Johnson formed Johnson Law Firm, P.C. in the spring of 2014. Formerly a partner at the firm of Corette Pohlman & Kebe, PC, Sean relocated to Spokane from Butte, Montana due to a promotion his wife received with the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Sean focuses his practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense, social security disability and real estate.
Sean’s experience includes successfully litigating jury and judge trials, resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, participating in administrative hearings, interpreting contracts, and appellate work. Sean also sat on several non-profit boards of directors holding various leadership positions.
Sean is a Butte, Montana native graduating from the University of Montana in 1998 with a degree in Exercise Science and earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 2003. Sean is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Montana and Washington, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Sean also holds a “AV Preeminent” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Sean is married and the father of two wonderful children. When not practicing law, Sean spends his time with his family, fishing, hunting and volunteering for the Shrine Hospital System.

Jonathan previously worked for Wright Law Offices, P.C. in Phoenix, Arizona. He is experienced in a variety of criminal matters, and has worked on everything from traffic tickets to murder. Jonathan takes pride in getting the best result for his clients through tough negotiations with prosecutors or setting his cases for trial.
Jonathan is a Spokane native and Eastern Washington University Alum. He accepted a scholarship to attend law school in Arizona and served as a Law Review staff editor. Jonathan is licensed in state court in Washington, as well as state and federal courts in Arizona.
Jonathan spends his free time with his beautiful wife and their two boys. His weekends are spent skiing in the winter and fishing in the summer.
Paralegal Scott Morse works both for Sean Johnson and Johnathan Schwab. Scott Recently graduated Cum Laude from Washington State University in May of 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. Scott’s passion for the law is what has brought him into the field he is in today and will continue him on as he plans to attend law school in the future.
When Scott is not working he enjoys spending time with his dog and girlfriend. He also enjoys the outdoors and sports including football, baseball and basketball.
